Briar Nolet is recognized as one of the top female Contemporary/Jazz dancers in North America. She has earned several National and International Titles and recently received 1st runner-up as a soloist at the prestigious American Dance Awards in NYC. Briar is very well known for her starring role as Richelle, a feisty and unbelievably gifted dancer, on the popular tween series The Next Step.
This past summer Briar was one of six Next Step dancers who traveled across Canada on the Big Ticket Summer Concert tour. Briar also toured across Canada, Europe, Spain, Australia and Ireland with the TNS Wild Rhythm Tour.
Myles Erlick is a multi-talented and award-winning artist who has starred as the title role in Billy Elliot The Musical in Chicago, Toronto and on Broadway in NYC. Myles is currently a Family Channel star playing Noah on the global hit tween TV series The Next Step. He is an accomplished classical dancer and has won numerous national level titles as a competitive dancer. He was an NYC finalist at the prestigious Youth American Grand Prix in 2015 and was featured in the pas de deux section of the Grand Defille performance at the Lincoln Centre.
As a musician, Myles is considered a YouTube sensation with millions of views and viral videos including one that landed him a featured performance on The Ellen Degeneres Show. In summer 2015 Myles was proud to participate as a Beat Squad leader at the hugely popular Dancer Palooza in Long Beach, California and also was one of five featured The Next Step cast members in Family Channel’s Nationwide Big Ticket Summer Concert Tour. In winter and spring, 2016 Myles performed on The Next Step’s Wild Rhythm live stadium tour that traveled across Canada and Europe.
Myles is a proud to be a CLI Studios Brand Ambassador and an Adidas Canada sponsored athlete. Myles recently released his single Serious.
Shelby Bain began dancing at the age of five and was a member of the competitive team by the age of six. Most recently, she joined the cast starting in the 4th season of the hit tween dance series The Next Step playing the role of Amy. Shelby toured Australia and New Zealand with TNS Live on Stage presented by Disney Channel and TNS Live on Stage UK presented by Boat Rocker and Live Nation. Shelby trains extensively in ballet, jazz, lyrical, tap, contemporary, hip hop and acro and has competed in dance competitions throughout Canada and the US. Shelby won her second induction into the Hall of Fame Dance Competition as Teen Soloist in 2015 and was also awarded the Triple Threat Award at NYCDA.
She was a dancer/student in the American Girl Movie – Isabelle Dances into the Spotlight in 2014 and was a freshman student and dancer in Family Channel’s new show Backstage 2015. In 2015, Shelby also played the role of Morgan in the short film Withheld. More recently, Shelby co-hosted Show Choir Canada in 2016 alongside fellow TNS cast member Isaiah Peck. Shelby currently attends the Rosedale Heights School for the Arts in Toronto as well as attending many open dance classes and participating in various dance conventions. Shelby attends Advanced Acting for teens at Lewis Baumander Acting Studios.
Alexandra is a dancer and actor from Cambridge, Ontario. She has danced since she was four years old and is trained in ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, lyrical and contemporary. She has won numerous dance awards, nationally and internationally, including winning second overall at the World Dance Pageant in Orlando, and winning titles at Revolution in Long Beach, and StarPower in Toronto and Detroit. She attended the National Ballet School summer program and was subsequently invited to their professional program. Alexandra has been a member of the Raptors Junior Hip Hop crew and danced at the Western Fair and the CNE. She enjoys taking workshops and classes at Broadway Dance Center when she is in NYC. She is a member of the Royal Academy of Dance, holding her Intermediate certificate with distinction.
Alex began acting four years ago, after winning an opportunity to be Junior Meteorologist on Global News. Since then she has had web series roles, including a supporting role for a Proctor & Gamble series, Being Girl and has acted in a US national commercial. Alex trains in acting with Dean Armstrong, Marcia Bennett, and Marvin Hinz. Alex is best known for her role as Piper on The Next Step.
Alexandra has toured with The Big Ticket Summer Concert Series, dancing with The Next Step dancers and Daya in summer 2016, and has toured the UK with The Next Step.

Isaiah is a vibrant entertainer when it comes to his love for music, dance and acting. He began making dance his career and profession at the age of 9. He specializes in Hip Hop, both authentic and urban street styles but recently graduated from Cawthra Park Secondary School’s Regional Arts Program where he studied Ballet & Modern.
Over the years, Isaiah has built a great work ethic and leadership skills as he teaches recreational and pre-competitive programs at Jades Hip Hop Academy. He has done large-scale performances varying from the 2015 Pan Am & Para Pan Am Games to performing for the 2014 Canada Goose Fashion Show and consecutive Dance Weekend events.
Isaiah is a very open-minded, versatile and optimistic young man receiving awards such as the 2013 Citizens Award from the City of Brampton, for Exceptional International Representation on his ventures to the United Kingdom to not only compete at the UDO World Street Dance Championships but also gain multiple first place titles in the world back to back.
Isaiah has appeared on shows and movies including American Girl – Isabelle Dances into the Spotlight and TVO Kids – The Power of Play and Backstage. In 2015, he booked his first lead role as Henry on The Next Step Season 4 on Family Channel which aired in 2016 and joined his fellow cast on their international Wild Rhythm & Live On Stage tours across Canada, New Zealand, Australia and the rest of Europe. After a successful tour, Isaiah returned to film the 5th season of The Next Step.
Ever since Isaiah’s grandmother passed away in 2014, he has felt compelled to share his talent with the world and make her proud by following his dreams. She was his greatest fan but also his closest friend. Using that grief as motivation, Isaiah is exceptionally good, hardworking and is genuinely the embodiment of boundless expression.
Taveeta Szymanowicz is a young commercial artist from Toronto. Taveeta began dancing at the age of six and has trained intensively in a variety of styles. She has competed internationally and has achieved many honours, titles, and awards in recognition of her elite skills, artistry, and passion for movement.
Although majoring in Dance at Toronto’s prestigious Cardinal Carter Academy for the Arts, Taveeta was highly exposed to the Dramatic/Vocal Arts in which she discovered her passion for Acting and Singing. After graduating with Honors and Outstanding Artistic Achievement, Taveeta began to pursue her dreams of becoming a triple threat.
Taveeta landed her first major role as Thalia on Family Channel & Temple Street Productions The Next Step and later landed the role of Valerie on Nickelodeons Make It Pop, and most recently the role of Tiffany in Jazz Hands, the role of Karli in Maxwell McGuire’s The Sweetheart, and a supporting role in the upcoming MGM movie Everyday directed by Michael Suscy. In addition to her many TV/Film accomplishments, Taveeta also made her theatre debut in the winter of 2015. Taveeta starred as the Cheshire Cat in Ross Petty Productions 2015-2016 production of Peter Pan, and his latest 2016-2017 production of Sleeping Beauty as Gabby the Charm.
As a young working professional in the industry, she continues to educate, train, and harness her skills while also finding time to give back to the community.
Taveeta most recently released her first EP Resurrection, is building her brand/ blog VEETA GIRL, relaunched a company she began in late 2013 called Liberum Dance Projects — and in between production periods— is working as both a dance workshop teacher and dance choreographer in Canada.
Taveeta aspires to continue working in the entertainment industry, and use her role in the industry as a platform to inspire others.
